Xolla Bauma

Bauma is made from free ranging Ripollesa sheep wool. It is a non superwash and silicone free yarn that softens and blooms after washing. It’s structure make it perfect for any purpose: stockinette, lace, cables and colorwork.

Bauma is a dk weigh yarn produced with Ripollesa sheep wool in small Spanish family factories. The wool used to produce this batch comes from the Mas Niubó Livestock Farm (in central Catalonia) and Cal Sabater de Nevà Livestock Farm (a transhumant flock that grazes in Pla de l’Estany and Ripollès).

Hand wash and dry flat.

*The balls can weigh between 45g and 55g.
