Shipping policy

About Shipping: 

All shipments to Portugal and Portuguese Islands are handled by CTT.

International shipments will be held by CTT, DPD, GLS or UPS, depending on location.

If your order exceeds 2Kg, it may be more cost-effective to place two separate orders.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the orders weight and carrier rates. We may at times choose to use a flat rate for all shipments.

The shipping costs are paid at checkout.

We aim to ship your order as soon as possible but reserve the right to dispatche it within 3 working days of being placed.

All shipments are registered and you will receive a tracking number.

Once your parcel is shipped we no longer hold responsability for the parcel, that responsibility is entirely of the carrier and yours, however we will do our best to help if a parcel is delayed.
