Serafina* sells to every country we are able to ship your order to. If you don't see your country on the list, please contact us and we will get back to you.

All our prices include IVA tax, as required by the Portuguese law. 

If you are outside of Portugal, you can only pay by PayPal, Stripe, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

We ship all our worldwide orders with CTT and DPD . Occasionally you will find an option for non registered shipping. If you chose the standard non registered shipping you should be aware that there is no tracking number for this shipping and that you are responsible for for choosing this shipping as there is no way we can track or find your package. In case it is returned to us, we will contact you immediately and send it again after a new payment of shipping costs.

 If all goods are in stock, your order should be shipped in 3 days. 

Customers have the right to cancel or return orders any time up and including fourteen days after delivery.

For a full refund you must contact us at contacto@retrosariaserafina.com within fourteen days and goods must be returned within 30 days from delivery unopened and in re-saleable condition.

Some items are not eligible for return:

- Books, magazines and patterns.

- Items discounted or on sale.

We cannot be liable for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit, please use a recorded delivery service and insure items for their value. Inform us of all shipping details.

Refunds of international orders will be made through the same payment gateway that was used for the original payment and will show up on your credit card.

Registered customers will be emailed by Serafina* with news about the shop unless they didn't sign for this service.
